Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how customers may cancel Insure Desk subscriptions and what happens after cancellation.
Canceling a Subscription
Customers may request cancellation of a paid subscription at any time before the next billing renewal date. Cancellation requests should be submitted through the billing settings or the Contact Us page.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement, cancellations become effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Access generally remains available until that period expires.
No Partial Period Credit
Except where required by law or agreed in writing, partial billing periods are not automatically refunded or prorated after cancellation takes effect.
Trial and Free Accounts
Trial and free accounts may be stopped at any time. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the cancellation policy for paid plans then applies.
Data Access After Cancellation
Following cancellation or expiration, access to the workspace may be limited or removed after the applicable retention period. Customers should export any required data before the end of service.
Enterprise Agreements
If you are on a custom or enterprise agreement, separate commercial terms may define notice periods, billing commitments, or transition assistance.
